Before you start.

Can I activate a working-data workspace online?

There is no online checkout or automatic license activation yet. Accepted pilots receive one Mac app and complete guided setup inside IntelliBill.

What do I install?

One signed and notarized DMG. IntelliBill, PostgreSQL, pgvector, Ollama, and the processing engine are included. First launch checks your Mac, downloads about 10.3 GB of AI models, and guides Microsoft 365 and roster setup. No Terminal or separate installers.

What runs locally?

Classification, matter matching, PostgreSQL data, and review state run on the Mac. Microsoft Graph supplies only the email you authorize; there is no cloud-language-model fallback.

Which activity sources are included in the offered pilot?

The Mac pilot analyzes Microsoft 365 Inbox and Sent Items only. Additional activity sources are not included in the current Founding Firm Pilot.

Will IntelliBill write directly into my billing system?

No. The offered pilot is read-only and downloads reviewed CSV for reconciliation or import preparation after human review.

Can I see the workflow without registering?

Yes. The Interactive Product Tour uses fictional data, makes no product API calls, and does not persist a workspace.
