What activity does the offered IntelliBill pilot analyze?
The Mac pilot analyzes Microsoft 365 Inbox and Sent Items activity. It drafts a client, matter, duration, and narrative, and every proposed entry requires human review before export.
How are clients and matters matched?
IntelliBill uses evidence such as participants, subject language, known aliases, and prior reviewed decisions. Confidence accompanies the suggestion, and ambiguous work can be routed for review.
What does local-first mean here?
Microsoft Graph retrieves the email you approve. Classification, matter matching, the database, and review state run on your Mac with no cloud-language-model fallback.
What do I install?
One signed and notarized Mac app. PostgreSQL, pgvector, Ollama, and the IntelliBill v2 engine are bundled. First launch checks the Mac, downloads about 10.3 GB of AI model weights inside IntelliBill, imports your client/matter roster, and connects Microsoft 365. No Terminal or separate installers.
Does IntelliBill write directly into my billing system?
No. The offered pilot is read-only and downloads reviewed CSV for reconciliation or import preparation after human review.
How does IntelliBill check an export?
The current pipeline checks for duplicates, unresolved clients, overlapping activity, unusual estimates, and other delivery blockers before preparing output.
Can I explore the product without registering?
Yes. The Interactive Product Tour walks through Microsoft 365 Email and Review & Export with fictional in-memory data. It makes no product API calls and does not persist a workspace.
Can I evaluate IntelliBill with my own data?
Yes, through the Founding Firm Pilot Mac app after readiness, privacy, manual-review, and export requirements are confirmed. The public browser tour remains fictional.
Does the pilot include a billing-system integration?
No direct billing-system integration is included. The pilot downloads reviewed CSV, and we confirm any target-system import process separately before representing it as supported.
