Our commitment

IntelliBill wants every visitor, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology, to be able to read this site, evaluate the product and reach us. The site is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What we have done

  • Semantic HTML with landmarks, a logical heading order and a skip link at the top of every page.
  • Text colours that meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio on both the light and the dark bands of the design.
  • Every control, including the navigation drawer and the FAQ disclosures, can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Links inside paragraphs are underlined rather than distinguished by colour alone.
  • Animations respect the operating system's reduced-motion setting.
  • Descriptive alternative text on informative images, decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology, and page titles that describe each page.
  • Responsive layouts designed to reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • Automated checks with axe-core plus manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks whenever the site changes.

Known limitations

  • The Interactive Product Tour is a working replica of the desktop application and may not fully conform; the same information is available in text on the Features and FAQ pages.
  • Embedded third-party services (scheduling and payment forms) are controlled by their vendors and may not fully conform.
  • Some downloadable documents may not be tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will provide the content in an accessible format.
